  • What to Wear

    Wear neutral colors (Green, Beige, Brown). Avoid bright colors as they scare animals. Bring a hat and sunglasses.

  • Photography

    A zoom lens (300mm+) is recommended. Bean bags are provided in our Land Cruisers for camera stability.

  • Park Fees

    Entrance tickets must be purchased at the gate. We can help you calculate the exact cost in LKR or USD.

"Day trip with Ishara"

"We had such a great day with Ishara, he picked us up super early from Weligama, organised a great day at Yala national park safari for us, told us all about the area and took us to some lovely local spots to see different animals! Then he took us to his family home where his Mother made us fresh hoppers... The car was comfortable, had WiFi and Ishara was friendly and helpful."
